- We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic General Manager to oversee the entire store’s operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and excellent customer service.
- This is a high-level managerial role requiring strong leadership and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve store performance
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, ensuring budget adherence and cost control
- Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team, ensuring staff productivity and high morale
- Maintain optimal stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure efficient procurement processes
- Foster a positive customer experience by maintaining high service standards and handling escalated customer concerns professionally
- Identify opportunities for business development and process improvement
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar high-level managerial role within the retail sector.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and operational management abilities
- Proven ability to drive sales and improve business performance
- Experience with inventory management, supplier coordination, and financial oversight
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in store management software and business reporting tools.
