- Initiate contact with potential and existing customers to pitch HR solutions or services.
- Conducting cold calls to potential clients, using provided scripts and information to introduce the company’s products or services.
- Using persuasive communication skills to engage clients, address their needs, and close sales deals.
- Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals.
- Document all interactions, sales data, and customer information.
- Track leads and follow up with potential clients to nurture the sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or any related field
- Must be serving in Lagos with at least 8 months left in your service year
- Must have great communication and organisational skills.
