Job Title: Graduate Intern – Finance

What Role You Will Play in our Team
- Assist with financial analysis, planning, budgeting, invoice processing, compliance, and project support to enhance financial operations of the facilities management team.
- This includes preparing financial reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting audit activities,cost monitoring, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and utilizing financial systems and tools
What You Will Do
List the set of primary job duties, tasks, and functions specific to the position:
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to support decision-making.
- Cost Control and Management: Help monitor and control costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support financial efficiency initiatives.
- Financial Systems and Tools: Utilize financial systems and tools to manage and analyze financial data, and support system improvements.
- Project Support: Provide financial support for various facilities maintenance and project activities, including data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Participate in the budgeting and forecasting processes, including data collection, analysis, and reporting, budget stewardship and performance with partners.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Support the management of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Compliance and Audit Support: Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, and support audit activities.
About You
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program within the past two years.
- Degrees & certifications required for the job should be listed here, listing ‘B.S. or equivalent work experience’ in this section is acceptable if an actual degree is not required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields with a minimum of Second Class Upper.

- Knowledge of the use of SAP is an advantage.
