- We are looking for enthusiastic and driven graduates to join our Sales team as Trainee Sales Executives.
- This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for learning to build a rewarding career in sales. No prior experience is required — successful candidates will undergo structured training and mentorship to develop the skills needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the company’s products, services, and sales processes
- Support the sales team in identifying potential clients and generating leads
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals
- Participate in client meetings and product demonstrations
- Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain accurate records
- Meet training milestones and performance goals as outlined during the program
Requirements
- A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a team and take initiative
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
