Job OverviewThe Operations Assistant will support the institute’s day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient management of finance, human resources, internal communications, event management, procurement, logistics, and administrative functions. This role is crucial in supporting the institute’s strategic goals and ensuring smooth operational processes.
Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design
• Design engaging visuals for social media, infographics, and promotional campaigns.
• Develop branding assets, including logos, banners, and marketing materials.
• Maintain visual consistency across all institute communications and digital platforms.
• Create and manage a monthly content calendar for social media.

Web Development

• Manage and update the AI-4AI website using no-code platforms (Squarespace, Webflow, Wix, WordPress, etc.).
• Ensure website usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Design and implement new landing pages or sections as needed.
• Optimize images and content for performance and SEO.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design with proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
• Experience managing websites on Squarespace or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and user experience (UX/UI).
• Basic knowledge of SEO and website performance optimization.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Interest in AI, technology, or education is a plus.
