Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and designs for a wide range of materials
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
- Present design concepts and revisions to clients or internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, software, and technologies.
- Prepare files for print production or digital distribution.
- Maintain an organized archive of design assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience (typically 2+ years) as a Graphic Designer.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Salary
