Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)Job Summary
- The Graphics Designer will play a key role in conceptualizing and producing visual assets for event branding, promotional materials, and digital content.
- The ideal candidate is both creative and detail-oriented, with strong design sensibility and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Event Branding & Marketing Collateral:
- Design logos, banners, stage backdrops, and signage for events
- Develop creative concepts for brand campaigns, event themes, and client proposals
- Create visually engaging event brochures, invitations, and promotional flyers
Digital & Social Media Assets:
- Design digital graphics for web and social media (e.g., event countdowns, teaser visuals, recaps)
- Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and campaigns
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams for campaign alignment
Production Coordination:
- Prepare print-ready files and liaise with vendors for production accuracy
- Review physical samples for color accuracy, alignment, and finish
- Ensure timely delivery of materials for all event deadlines
Creative Collaboration:
- Work closely with Art Directors, Event Planners, and Clients to interpret creative briefs
- Present design ideas clearly and accept feedback constructively
- Maintain organized files and version control across projects
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on events and branding
- A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing design work across print and digital formats
- Proven experience designing for events, activations, or experiential campaigns
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign is a must)
- Knowledge of layouts, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize multiple design projects
- Detail-oriented with a high standard for visual quality and accuracy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 (Net Monthly).What We Offer
