- Lead in the budgeting process for all Group Entities towards the relevant sectors.
- Provide internal business consulting to Group entities for optimal business performance.
- Continuously engage business leaders to address business performance issues and drive the achievement of business targets.
- Conduct market and competitive research and benchmarking to generate insights to drive business transformation and performance improvement of Group entities.
FINANCIAL REPORTING
- Supervise Company CFOs across the Group to deliver on the financial strategies for their respective businesses in line with Group Objectives.
- Ensure that appropriate financial systems and processes are in place to achieve financial management efficiencies across all Group entities.
- Work with all Group Executives to ensure timely and error-free financial reporting in line with regulatory requirements.
- Design and implement frameworks to improve the finance management capabilities of Group Executives and Company CFOs across the Group.
- Develop corporate relationships with banks, auditors and other parties in order to optimize the pricing of services for group companies and increase the range of available services for the benefit of the group.
TAX AND REGULATORY REPORTING
- Develop and drive corporate tax strategy and planning for the short, medium, and long term.
- Review the financing structure of each investee company and make recommendations on the tax implications.
- Ensure risk assurance processes are in place to manage Tax Risk in compliance with Group Policy.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
STAKEHOLDER AND RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Develop and manage key relationships with relevant external bodies/ contacts e.g., regulatory organization, auditors, solicitors, banks etc. to facilitate effective business operations.
- Communicate vision and objectives effectively with all stakeholder groups.

Qualifications & Experience Required
- Good first degree in a relevant discipline plus MBA, or MSC, and Professional Qualifications (ICAN, ACCA).
- At least 18 cutting across Financial Control, Internal Control, Operations, Risk Management and Compliance.
