Job Title: Head of Finance (EPC)

Job Summary
- As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, management, and running of all financial activities of the company.
- This includes business planning, budgeting, forecasting, governance, risk management, and negotiations.
- You will also oversee investor relations and partnership compliance, while providing leadership and commercial insight to support the company’s long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting team
- Develop strategic recommendations to the CEO/Executive Management Team
- Ensure risk and compliance management frameworks are embedded and operational
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior management, investors, and external stakeholders
- Review and oversee all finance, HR, and IT-related formal procedures.
- Manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and oversee preparation of all financial reporting
- Advise on long-term financial and business planning initiatives
- Provide commercial insight and leadership to exceed business plan targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
- Chartered Accountant (ICAN, CPA) required; MBA is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with executive presence
- Ability to work effectively with senior management, investors, and external stakeholders.
- Minimum of 10 years’ progressive finance experience, with proven leadership and management exposure
- Strong entrepreneurial, strategic planning, and financial management skills
Salary
N900,000 – N1,000,000 monthly.
