- The Head of Operations will oversee all daily operations, including property management, rent collections, mortgage services, and staff leadership.
- This role also involves financial oversight, strategic direction, and ensuring high standards in service delivery and performance across all departments.
- We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to oversee our operations and ensure seamless integration across senior leadership, management, and finance functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and performance standards.
- Ensure smooth running of property management, rent collection, and mortgage services. Optimize operational efficiency.
- Prepare and manage budgets, oversee financial reporting, and drive revenue growth through sales and rentals.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, track KPIs, and ensure consistent achievement of targets.
- Enhance client satisfaction through excellent service, ensuring timely responses to queries and issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related fields; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years in operations management, with 2 years in a leadership role within real estate or property management.
- Strong leadership, financial acumen, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and financial tools.
- Deep understanding of Nigerian real estate laws, rental agreements, and mortgage regulations.
Salary
