Guest Experience & Customer Service:
- Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and service quality.
Operations Management:
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance.
- Monitor hotel occupancy, room rates, and bookings.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
Financial & Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the hotel’s budget to maximize revenue and control costs.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and analyze profitability.
- Implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining service quality.
Staff Management & Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff.
- Ensure employees follow company policies and deliver excellent service.
- Foster a positive work environment and motivate staff to achieve goals.
Sales & Marketing:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract guests and increase bookings.
- Work with marketing teams to promote the hotel through online and offline channels.
- Establish partnerships with travel agencies and corporate clients.
Facility & Maintenance Management:
- Ensure all hotel facilities are well-maintained and operational.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs and improvements.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and booking systems.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality.
