- Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance.
- Set clear objectives and performance expectations for staff, ensuring accountability and team cohesion.
- Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to support profitability and cost control.
- Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards across all hotel operations.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote hotel services and attract guests.
- Address guest complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and memorable customer experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement to meet operational needs and financial targets.
- Foster a culture of professionalism, hospitality, and continuous improvement.
Academic Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of OND in Hotel Management or a related discipline; higher qualifications are an advantage.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to manage staff, resolve conflicts, and maintain operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Candidate residing within Oyo, Awe or willing to relocate will be preferred.
