Communication Hub: Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling all guest inquiries with poise.
Concierge Services: Assisting guests with recommendations, reservations, and information about Lagos.
Transaction Management: Handling payments, posting charges to guest accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Problem Resolution: Listening to any guest concerns and resolving them swiftly to ensure total satisfaction.
