- Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process from planning to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Culture and Engagement: Champion company culture and standards, facilitating programs that enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Training and Development: Design and implement training initiatives to promote professional growth and cultural alignment.
- HR Operations and Compliance: Oversee and refine HR policies, procedures, and systems to maintain a productive and compliant work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications: Professional HR certification such as PHR, or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar strategic role, ideally in a tech-driven or marketing-focused environment.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on collaboration and inclusivity.
- Remote Management: Experience managing remote teams and HR operations across different time zones.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree: A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Advanced Certifications: Advanced HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR.
- Industry Experience: Experience working in the technology or marketing sectors, particularly with companies focused on digital marketing or SaaS solutions.
- Global HR Experience: Experience managing HR functions in a global or multicultural environment.
- Change Management: Proven track record in leading change management initiatives and driving organizational transformation.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as HRIS, ATS, and performance management systems.
- Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
