Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Agege Motor Road, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies in line with company goals.
- Handle recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Address employee relations issues and provide guidance to management and staff.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
- Conduct periodic HR reporting and analytics for management decision-making.
- Manage employee records, payroll, leave, and benefits administration.
- Oversee training, development, and performance management systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 3 – 10 years work experience.
