- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Officer to join our team and support the HR functions across our finance and cleaning services divisions.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for both the finance and cleaning units.
- Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Oversee attendance, leave, and payroll administration.
- Support management in disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Organize staff training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Support in performance appraisal coordination and staff engagement activities.
- Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns and HR queries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven HR experience (experience in multi-sector HR is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
- Ability to manage HR processes across diverse service sectors.
- Discreet, ethical, and trustworthy.
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
