Job Summary

  • We’re seeking an experienced HR Manager with expertise in Learning and Development to lead our human resources initiatives in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, managing HR operations, and driving talent development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learning and Development: Design, develop, and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Talent Management: Identify, develop, and retain talent within the organization.
  • HR Operations: Manage HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with expertise in learning and development in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI) are desirable.
