- As the Human Resource Manager you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing HR strategies, policies, and practices that support the overall business goals.
- This role will oversee key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision and objectives.
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent.
- Manage employee relations and ensure a positive workplace culture through conflict resolution and communication strategies.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
- Maintain and update HR records, reports, and documentation.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to management on HR-related matters.
- Develop and implement performance management systems and succession planning initiatives.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor and employment regulations in all HR practices and documentation.
- Design and administer compensation, benefits, and reward programs.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare periodic reports for senior leadership.
- Manage disciplinary processes in line with company policies and best practices.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Master’s degree or HR professional certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, PHR) is an added advantage.
- Experience in managing HR functions in a multi-unit or multi-location organization is preferred.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Competency in HR software, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
