Job Position: Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities
- Bridge management and employee relations.
- Oversee performance appraisal systems.
- Manage employee benefits and wellness programs.
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks efficiently.
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles.
- Excellent English (oral and written) communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
- Age: 40 years and above.
Salary
N300,000 per month.
