Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new staff
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., attendance, leaves)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Handle employee queries and provide support as needed
- Organize staff training, development programs, and performance appraisals
- Support disciplinary and grievance procedures professionally.
