Employment Type: Full-timeResponsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, insights, and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Create visually appealing and impactful reports, presentations, and dashboards using graphic design tools.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather HR-related data and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct research and analysis to support HR initiatives, such as talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Assist in the design and implementation of HR programs and initiatives, including employee onboarding, training, and development.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Provide support in the preparation and execution of employee surveys, feedback mechanisms, and employee recognition programs.
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in any of the following: Business Admin, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Social Sciences, Humanities, etc., from a reputable university or polytechnic.
- At least, a student membership of a reputable HR regulatory body.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and graphic design applications (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for design and the ability to translate data into visually appealing reports and presentations.
- Prior experience in HR and data analytics will be an added advantage.
- The job is located in Surulere – Applicants need to reside on Mainland for easy of commuting to work.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Salary
