Job Title: Human Resources Assistant
Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Role Description
- The Human Resources Assistant will support day-to-day HR functions, including assisting with HR management, maintaining HR information systems (HRIS), administering benefits, and coordinating training programs.
- The role may also involve tasks such as employee onboarding, record-keeping, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Knowlege of Nigeria labour law act.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Knowledge of Benefits Administration
- Skills in coordinating and delivering Training programs
