- To manage all HR logistics and administrative activities, provide clerical support to the HR Advisor, and assist with employee inquiries, recruitment, and record keeping.
The Job
- Implement disciplinary actions in Golden Sugar company.
- Generate Human Resources Statistics information on third party invoices.
- Prepare training advise to staff and other related bodies.
- Verify payment to outsourced staff by all agents.
- Proper documentation and filling of documents.
- Generate Human Resources Statistics information on third party invoices.
- Timely collection of ticket and issuance for product free issues.
- Monitors and document third Party agency compliance.
Qualifications
- OND in Humanities or any relevant Social Sciences.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
The Person Must:
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to relate effectively across all levels.
- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Good knowledge of office applications.
- Possess strong organizational ability.
