- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our Human Resources team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR documentation, and compliance with labor laws.
- You will play a key role in helping the company attract, develop, and retain talent.
Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer roll-out).
- Organize and facilitate onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support in drafting employment letters, contracts, and HR-related documentation.
- Coordinate learning and development activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Handle employee queries and provide support in resolving HR-related issues.
- Assist in the performance management process.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR role (internship or full-time).
- Familiarity with HR software and MS Office tools.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Salary
