- The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with labor laws, manage employee relations, and support overall Human Resource operations in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Implement Human Resource policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Maintain employee records, process payroll inputs, and manage benefits administration.
- Maintain proper documentation of Human Resource records, contracts, and administrative reports.
- Coordinate office administration activities, including procurement and facility management.
- Assist management in implementing Human Resource strategies that align with business objectives.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Support performance management and workforce productivity initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs for employee development.
- Support the performance appraisal process and provide recommendations for employee growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years of Human Resource / Admin experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, Human Resource best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Human Resource software, payroll management, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Salary
N175,000 – N200,000 per month.Method of Application
