Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in real estate, business management, or a related field, with at least 2-5 years in a leadership role.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Financial management and budgeting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge:
- Real estate industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
- Business strategy, operations, and management principles.
- Financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
