- We are hiring an HR Officer to support daily human resources activities, including recruiting, payroll processing, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
- The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing HR functions within a structured organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting, selecting, and onboarding new employees.
- Keep accurate employee records and maintain HR databases.
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment of statutory deductions.
- Handle employee relations, resolve grievances, and manage disciplinary actions.
- Support training, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information and work under pressure.
