Support HR activities as assigned:

• Recruitment (Placement, Shortlisting, Onboarding, and Offer, etc)
• Driver Management
• HMO, NSTIF, GLI & GRA
• Staff Welfare
• Training & Development
• Performance Management
• KSS or other inhouse meeting forum management
• ITF Reimbursement ( very important)
• Head Count Analysis and Manpower planning
• Payroll Administration.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a BA, BSc Degree or HND in a related discipline
• Year of Experience: 2 – 3 years of experience
• Professional Qualification: CIPM or any other internationally recognized professional qualifications. Studentship at the last stage of their professional exams can apply. (Compulsory)

• Strong HR Analytic skills
• Strong people management skills
• Self Driven, motivated, and ready to work within a team
• Good written and communication skills.

Remuneration

• N160,000 – N180,000 / Month (Net)
• Leave Allowance (After 12 months calendar period)
