Job Summary
- The Human Resources Lead is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- This role is vital for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the institution’s mission and foster a positive, productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the entire recruitment and selection process, from job posting to onboarding strategies.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with institutional goals and top management directives.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee performance appraisal and employee development programs.
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and relevant regulations.
- Manage employee records, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
- Serve as an advisor to management on HR strategy, organizational structure, and workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR professional in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in office software, HR systems, and digital tools.
