Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
- Support performance management, training, and staff development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with payroll preparation, benefits administration, and leave management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel.
- At least 5 years HR experience; HR certification CIPM is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
