- We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing the recruitment and onboarding process, and ensuring employee retention.
- The role also involves overseeing compliance with labor laws, handling employee relations, and fostering a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and performance management systems.
- Promote employee engagement and drive company culture initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an HR role is required (2-3 years of experience).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to multitask and handle HR operations efficiently.
Salary
N150,000 – N180,000 per month and other benefits.Method of Application
