- The HR Officer would support core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, record-keeping, and administrative tasks.
- The successful candidate would assist with HR processes, ensuring accurate data, and providing support to the HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Be actively involved in recruitment
- Support the onboarding plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR information
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Support compliance with HR policies and regulations
- Support the organization of training and development programs.
- Coordinate meetings and events for the HR department
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives
Educational Qualification and Experience
- A minimum of B.Sc Degree qualification with 1- 2 years of HR experience
- Working knowledge of MS office
- HR Credentials (e.g. CIPM, etc.)
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven experience as HR officer or other HR position
- Knowledge of HR functions
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of HRIS software is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong ethics and reliability.
