Recruitment and Staffing:
- Ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains qualified employees.
- Manage job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Employee Relations:
- Promote a positive workplace culture.
- Address employee grievances and conflicts professionally.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Training and Development:
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs.
- Facilitate employee growth and career development.
Performance Management:
- Support appraisal systems that align employee performance with organizational goals.
- Monitor employee productivity and provide feedback.
Policy Implementation and Compliance:
- Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Regularly update HR policies to reflect current legal and industry standards.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer salary structures, allowances, and benefit programs.
- Ensure fair and equitable pay practices.
HR Records and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Manage sensitive HR data securely and confidentially.
Workforce Planning and Organization:
- Assist in strategic planning for current and future staffing needs.
- Help align HR functions with the company’s overall goals.
Health, Safety, and Welfare:
- Promote and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
- Support employee wellness programs and initiatives.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Track HR KPIs (e.g., turnover rate, training effectiveness).
- Provide reports and insights to guidedecision-making
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 4 years of work experience.
