Job Summary
- We’re hiring an HR Manager to lead and scale our HR function in a growing renewable energy startup.
- This role is ideal for someone with experience building HR systems from scratch and working in Chinese-led organizations.
- You’ll work closely with leadership to drive people strategy, talent acquisition, compliance, performance, and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with company growth.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.
- Foster a collaborative culture and bridge cross-cultural team dynamics.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and internal policies.
- Build performance management, L&D, and employee engagement frameworks.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and attendance tracking systems.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
- Proven record building HR systems in startups.
- Experience working with Chinese expatriate leadership is strongly preferred.
- Solid knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- CIPM or CIPD certification is required.
- Minimum 6 years’ HR experience, with 2+ years in management.
Salary
N350,000 – N400,000 Monthly.
