- We are looking for a skilled and tech-savvy ICT Specialist to join our team in Zone 2, Abuja.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in IT support, networking, software management, and general ICT solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and maintain computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity.
- Install and configure software applications.
- Ensure data security and system backups.
- Maintain ICT infrastructure and provide regular updates.
- Train staff on basic ICT usage when necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant ICT experience.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, basic programming, and cybersecurity is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and solve technical problems efficiently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
