Job Title: Installer

Reports to: Installation Supervisor / Project Manager
Role Description
- The Installer is responsible for the professional installation of the company’s range of window shading systems — including manual and motorized blinds, curtain tracks, zip systems, and related products.
- This role requires precision, technical skill, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship across residential, corporate, and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Install roller shades, curtain tracks, motorized shading systems, and related products according to company standards and client specifications.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain company quality standards.
- Communicate professionally with clients, site supervisors, and project managers.
- Complete post-installation checks and prepare job completion reports.
- Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working condition.
- Take accurate site measurements and prepare materials for installation.
- Ensure proper alignment and fitting during installations.
- Test and calibrate motorized systems to ensure smooth and reliable operation.
- Troubleshoot and carry out minor on-site repairs when necessary.
Requirements
Education:

Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, or a related technical field.
Experience:
- 2 – 5 years of proven experience in installation, carpentry, mechanical fitting, or a related field.
- Experience with shading systems, automation, or interior finishing is an added advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
- Familiarity with electrical wiring, motorized systems, and power tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and fittings.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional attitude and strong customer service orientation.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Comfortable working at heights and on construction sites under varied conditions.
- Good problem-solving skills for on-site challenges.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / Month.
