Employment Type: Full-timeResponsibilities
- Evaluate internal processes related to property acquisition, leasing, sales, and facility management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies (e.g., procurement, payment cycles, project execution).
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of weakness or non-compliance.
- Review and monitor transactions, approvals, and financial records to detect discrepancies or violations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in internal control, auditing, or compliance, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
- Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIA preferred.
- Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Experience as internal control in the real estate sector is necessary
