Branch Visits: Twice a month to Idumota branch (logistics covered by company)Job Summary
- We are seeking an organized and proactiveInventory and Sales Support Officerto manage inventory records, promote products online, support customer engagement, and handle basic sales documentation.
- This role requires someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while supporting the team’s operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and maintain accurate records of warehouse inventory.
- Upload and promote company products on social media platforms.
- Log all sales and stock movements on the system promptly.
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide excellent service.
- Draft invoices and support preparation of contracts or client documentation.
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Visit the company’s Idumota branch twice monthly (logistics covered).
Requirements
- Female candidates only (ages 22–35 preferred).
- 1+ year of experience in inventory, customer service, or admin roles is an advantage.
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and basic inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work with minimal supervision.
- Familiar with using social media for business promotion.
- Must be honest, hardworking, and committed to maintaining confidentiality at all times.
