Employment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities and assess client needs.
- Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients, guiding them through required professionalism.
- Present investment recommendations based on thorough market insights and data-driven analysis.
- Business development & client acquisition to expand the firm’s investment portfolio and increase client base.
- Transaction Management & Deal Structuring.
- Offer and collect signed sales agreements from clients, ensuring a smooth client management process.
- ?Actualizing strategic growth & innovation, utilize technology and digital tools to enhance investment advisory services and client experience.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business, Communications or any related field.
- Proven expertise in real estate and real property markets.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Knowledge of investment strategies.
- Customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Must have a futuristic and excellent mindset.
Skills / Key Competence:
- Results-driven Investment Advisor with a passion for sales and client engagement (Client Relationship Management).
- Proactive, goal-oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales & Negotiation skills, effective problem-solving and keen attention to detail, among others.
