Job Position: IT Officer

Job Location: Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Technical Support:

• Provide technical assistance to users for IT-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.

Network Management:

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Ensure network security through firewalls, VPNs, and other measures.

IT Operations:

• Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures.
• Manage and maintain IT assets, including software licenses and warranties.
• Document IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Plan and execute IT projects, such as upgrades and migrations.

Security:

• Ensure data backup and recovery.
• Implement and maintain antivirus protection.
• Monitor and address security vulnerabilities.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other departments to understand IT needs.
• Communicate IT issues and solutions effectively to users.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 2 – 5 years of work experience.
