Employment Type: Full-timeRequirements
- A male I.T Personnel not older than 35 years
Technical Skills:
- Networking: Understanding LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN,IPv4, IPv6, VLANs, and subnetting.
- Fiber Optics & Cabling: Fiber splicing, GPON (Gigabit Passive Optical Networks), and structured cabling.
- Wireless Technologies: Wi-Fi standards (802.11ac/ax), microwave links, and radio frequency (RF) principles.
- PPPoE & VLANs: Configuring subscriber authentication and VLAN segmentation.
- Remote Support & Diagnostics: Using SSH, Telnet, RDP, and other remote management tools.
- Billing & CRM Systems: Knowledge of ISP billing platforms like WHMCS and Radius servers.
- IT Support & Troubleshooting: Hardware and software troubleshooting, ticketing systems, and remote support tools.
Soft Skills:
- Problem-Solving: Quick troubleshooting of network outages and customer issues.
- Communication: Explaining technical issues to customers and non-technical teams.
- Time Management: Handling multiple service requests efficiently.
- Customer Service: Patience and professionalism in assisting users with connectivity issues.
- Adaptability: Learning and implementing new network technologies.
- Teamwork: Collaborating with field technicians, engineers, and NOC teams.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accurate network configurations and IP assignments.
- Crisis Management: Handling network downtime and security breaches under pressure.
- Project Management: Leading or supporting IT projects.
- Continuous Learning: Staying updated with certifications and industry trends.
