- We are seeking an experienced and skilled Accounting Officer to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- The ideal candidate will have excellent file management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and layout of publications, including classroom books and other materials using In Design, CorelDraw, Photoshop, and Page Maker.
- Typesetting and formatting of text and images to ensure consistency and quality.
- Management of files, including organization, backup, and version control.
- Collaboration with editors, and other designers to ensure design consistency and accuracy.
- Troubleshooting of design and layout issues.
- Meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work under pressure.
- Staying up-to-date with new design software and technologies.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND with 3-5 years of experience.
- Proficiency in CorelDraw, Photoshop, In Design, PageMaker, and other design software.
- Excellent file management and organization skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under tight schedules.
- Knowledge of printing processes and requirements.
- Relevant experience in a publishing or design environment.

- Layout and design notation (e.g. margins, gutters, and bleeds)
