- We are looking for a highly organized, polished, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in driving the strategic and operational goals of the business.
- The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably within a luxury business environment (e.g., fashion, retail, hospitality, or lifestyle brands).
- The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted gatekeeper and project coordinator, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping the MD stay focused on leadership and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and email correspondence.
- Serve as the first point of contact and liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 3 – 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives, ideally in a luxury-focused business or corporate environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams)
- A strong appreciation and understanding of luxury aesthetics, customer service, and brand tone
- Must be based in Lagos
