Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain the Head of Finance’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, reports, and other materials as required by the Head of Finance.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of documents.
- Manage office supplies inventory for the finance department and place orders as needed.
- Assist with the preparation of expense reports and other financial administrative tasks.
- Coordinate and organize departmental meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing.
