- We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects at our Bank.

- The successful candidate will play a key role in managing cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of strategic projects across various banking services (e.g., digital banking, regulatory compliance, core banking transformation).
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, manage budgets, and track progress.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile / Scrum certification.
- Experience delivering projects involving core banking systems, digital banking platforms, or fintech platforms.
- Familiarity with change management practices and organizational transformation.
Requirements:
- 5 years of project management experience, ideally within the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet).
