- Performance management of all the Factory Employees
- Handle HR documentation and reporting
- Perform other HR duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Candidate must reside within Mowe, Ibafo, Berger, and its environs.

- Manage and maintain stock inventory records

- Reconciliation of all financial statements
- Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
- Prepare month-end and year-end financial reports
- Perform periodic Expenses analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes
Requirements
- Must be proficient with the use of SAP
- 5-7 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant
- B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Experience in the warehouse setting.
Salary

Requirements
