1.) Administrative Officer

Job Description


  • We are seeking a competent and proactive Administrative Officer to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational support to enhance efficiency across departments, particularly in HR and office management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to HR and other departments.
  • Manage and organize office documentation, records, and databases.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, schedules, and logistics.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Support data entry, analysis, and reporting for HR and administrative functions.
  • Ensure smooth daily office operations and compliance with internal procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant work experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and data management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

2.) IT Specialist

Job Location: Lagos
Employment type: Full-time

Objectives of this Role

  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and network infrastructures and IT systems to ensure optimal performance, connectivity, and security.
  • Troubleshooting IT issues, resolving system outages, and providing technical support.
  • Monitoring system performance and ensuring optimal uptime for all IT resources.
  • Managing IT security protocols to protect systems from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Assisting with data backups, disaster recovery planning, and implementation.
  • Managing inventory for IT equipment and recommending necessary upgrades or replacements.
  • Performing regular backups, system updates, and monitoring system performance for potential problems.
  • Monitoring network performance and resolving any connectivity or network issues that arise.
  • Collaborating with other teams to integrate new technologies and systems into the existing infrastructure.
  • Documenting IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to create a knowledge base for the team.
  • Providing technical IT support to staff and resolving IT-related issues quickly and efficiently.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a network technician, IT specialist or in a network installation and maintenance role.
  • Knowledge of enterprise networking, including VLANs, quality of service (QoS), and wireless networking (802.11 standards).
  • Proficiency in configuring and maintaining routers, switches, and other network equipment.
  • Hands-on experience with network hardware and tools such as cabling, testing equipment, and network monitoring software.
  • Experience in network monitoring, performance optimization, LAN setup, and WAN configuration.
  • A strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) and network troubleshooting tools (ping, traceroute).
  • Expertise in cloud-based networking (e.g., Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud-based networking solutions.
  • Familiarity with VoIP systems and network integration for telecommunication systems.
  • Experience working in structured data cabling and physical network design.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise software and IT systems integration

3.) Project Cost Controller

About the Role

  • We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Cost Controller to join our dynamic team.
  • The ideal candidate will support project success through effective financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • This role plays a vital part in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with budgetary standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control for assigned projects.
  • Manage and verify project invoices with appropriate documentation (3-way match).
  • Prepare project financial reports and collaborate with the Senior Cost Controller at the Head Office.
  • Support Project Managers in monitoring project performance and cost efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks while ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain accurate project accounting records and ensure transparency in reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in project cost control or financial analysis within the construction industry (road construction experience is an added advantage).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial software.
  • Willingness to work on project sites nationwide.
