The Reddington Multi-specialist Hospital built on nine floors provides fully comprehensive tertiary hospital solutions in most medical areas. Our journey as a healthcare provider began in March 2006 with the establishment of the Cardiac Centre, in Victoria Island, in association with the renowned Cromwell Hospital in London.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Business Development and Marketing Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Main Responsibilities


  • Promote Hospital Services: Champion the hospital’s brand and services and generate high-value leads through personal and professional networks, within the community, to corporate organisations, and to Health Maintenance Organisations (HMOs).
  • Strategy: Provide leadership and strategic direction for marketing and sales strategies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Formulate quarterly strategies to drive revenue growth and market competitiveness.
  • Identify and Acquire New Clients: Proactively source and approach potential business clients, HMOs, and other partners to grow our network and revenue streams.
  • Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Contract Management: Oversee the initiation, negotiation, and renewal of contracts with clients, ensuring compliance and mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Act as the public face of the hospital group, representing our values and mission at events, presentations, and meetings.
  • Content Oversight for Social Media: Lead the planning, creation, and management of content across all social media platforms to engage audiences and promote services.
  • Proposal Documentation: Produce tailored customer proposals that address client-specific needs and expectations.
  • Reporting: Deliver monthly performance reports and strategic insights to the CEO and senior management.

Qualification/Knowledge

  • A University Degree in a relevant field.
  • A postgraduate degree or professional certification in a related discipline. Strong knowledge and understanding of the Nigerian healthcare system. Extensive business and professional network.
  • Membership of a recognized professional body in Marketing, Sales, or Communications.

  • Organisational Skills: Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism and Integrity: Represents the hospital group with the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Broad Key Performance Indicators:

  • Achievement of annual revenue and new business targets.
  • Growth of corporate client portfolio and strategic partnerships.
  • Weekly activity benchmarks: calls, proposals, and conversion rates.
  • Client retention and satisfaction metrics.
  • Timely and accurate reporting to senior management.
  • Development and maintenance of a robust customer relationship database.

2.) Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description

  • The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality management systems to ensure compliance with healthcare standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting continuous quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical excellence within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee the hospital’s Quality Management and Patient Safety programs.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with national and international healthcare standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate clinical and non-clinical processes to improve service delivery.
  • Analyze data and prepare quality performance reports for management review.
  • Facilitate incident reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
  • Coordinate accreditation and certification processes.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality standards, safety, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning across all units.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS / MBChB) from a recognized institution.
  • 5–7 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years in healthcare quality management, clinical governance, or hospital administration.
  • Must be a licensed medical practitioner with a valid practicing license from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
  • Strong knowledge of clinical quality improvement frameworks, patient safety standards, and healthcare regulations.
  • Experience with hospital accreditation systems (ISO, JCI, or COHSASA) is an added advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive organizational change.

3.) Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist

Job Location: Lagos

  • Reddington Hospital Group is seeking a qualified and experienced Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist to join our multidisciplinary clinical team.
  • The ideal candidate will provide high-quality specialist care in obstetrics and gynaecology, demonstrating clinical excellence, leadership, and a commitment to patient-centered service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert medical care in the management of obstetric and gynaecological conditions.
  • Oversee antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care for patients.
  • Perform surgical and non-surgical gynaecological procedures as required.
  • Collaborate with other consultants, nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in clinical meetings, training, and case reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with professional and ethical standards of medical practice.
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fellowship of the West African College of Surgeons (WACS) or National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria (NPMCN) in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
  • Valid practicing license from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
  • Demonstrated expertise in both obstetric and gynaecological procedures.
  • Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
