Requirements
- B.Sc Degree / HND in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in quantity surveying and/or project management.

- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and within budget.
- Membership in a professional body (e.g., NIQS, PMI, RICS) is an added advantage.

- The ideal candidate must possess strong technical expertise in structural design and site execution, with hands-on experience using key engineering software.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure work is executed in line with project specifications and timelines.
- Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Provide technical advice and resolve design or execution issues on-site.
- Monitor materials usage and manage construction resources efficiently.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Collaborate with consultants, architects, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Apply structural design knowledge in planning and adjustments as necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in site engineering and structural design.
- Must be a registered member of COREN and NSE (proof required).
- In-depth knowledge of structural analysis, detailing, and design principles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage site teams effectively.
- Experience working on residential and commercial building projects is an advantage.
