- The ideal candidate will provide leadership, ensure smooth store performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective team supervision and product promotion.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, maintenance, and product displays.
- Develop employee schedules and ensure adequate shift coverage.
- Promote products and drive sales to meet business targets.
- Provide excellent customer support and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Monitor store performance and maintain operational standards.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2 – 5 years of proven experience in retail or store management.
- Strong leadership, communication (oral and written), and interpersonal skills.
- High level of flexibility and customer service orientation.
Salary
N250,000 Monthly.
